CAN WE HAVE A HOME BUILT ON PROPERTY OTHER THAN IN ONE OF CORNERSTONE’S DEVELOPMENTS?

-ABSOLUTELY! We pride Ourselves in saying “ Custom Homes Built on Your Lot or Ours”.

IF WE ARE INTERESTED IN A HOME THAT IS ALREADY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, CAN WE BE INVOLVED IN SOME OF THE DECISION MAKING?

-If you are truly interested in purchasing a home that is underway, then there are decisions that you can make. If the painting and finishing,etc. is not done, then you can definitely choose all of your own colors. Anything that is not already installed or purchased, can be chosen by the buyer. And, we will happily help to make your part as smooth and uncomplicated as possible.

WHERE DO WE START, IF WE ARE GOING TO CONSIDER BUILDING OUR “DREAM HOME”?

-First, you will need to make the initial decision of what kind of home you would like and what is the cost going to be that you can afford. We want everyone’s expectations to be accurate from the start, so there are no disappointments later. You can get a lot of this information from visiting a mortgage office and going over what your limits will be. After, everyone knows what is reasonable, then we can sit down and start to go over plans.

WHERE DO WE GO TO PICK OUT CARPET, TILE, PAINT, AND ANY OTHER CHOICES THAT WE NEED TO MAKE?

-Most of the products and materials can be chosen right at our office. We have a wide variety of selections in our sample room. We can help with your exterior and interior choices. You may take as much time as you need to go through all the choices that are available. And, if you want something other than we have here, we can head you in the right direction. Most of our suppliers are local and just a phone call away from making your decision making a little easier.

WHAT MAKES CORNERSTONE STAND OUT ABOVE OTHER BUILDERS?

-We use all quality materials, and work directly with all of our employees and subcontractors to make sure that everything is done in a timely ,“top notch”,and efficient manner and that it is built right. We are always available to take any questions or concerns that you may have, and do so as quickly as possible to put everyone’s mind at ease. We want everyone to enjoy the building process as much as we do. We are a value builder with high quality at affordable prices.

DOES CORNERSTONE STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK?

-We do and we warranty any problems that may arise for one full year. We pride ourselves in using subcontractors and suppliers that stand behind their work also. If there is ever a problem in the home once you move in, you can rest assured that we will be more than happy to come out and see what we can do to fix the problem as soon as possible. We are just a phone call away with any concerns that you, the customer, may have.

HOW CAN WE CONTACT SOMEONE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS OR TO GET STARTED ON OUR “DREAM HOME”?

-You can call the office anytime between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. There is always someone there to answer your call and help with any questions that you may have. And, if you need to call after hours and leave a message, one of us will do our best to get back to you the very next business day.
